Originally booked for Tuesday April 11~This is a Fraser Health food handling, sanitation and work safety course designed for front line food service workers such as cooks, servers, bussers, dishwashers, and deli workers. The course covers important food safety and worker safety information including foodborne illness, receiving and storing food, preparing food, serving food, cleaning and sanitizing. The manual is available for pick up at the time of registration for those who prefer to study and prepare for the multiple choice test administered at the end of the course. Feel free to bring your lunch. Certificate issued by Fraser Health 6-8 weeks after course date and valid for 5 years.
Certificate Fee: $40
IMPORTANT: Once registered for this course, a $60 commitment penalty applies if unable to give us one week notice of cancellation.
